Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join the drafting department within a home Builder well-known within the NSW market. The company offers a stable, friendly and well structured work environment.

The company is currently building 200+ new homes a year and has been around for over 10 years. They specialize in building new project homes across Sydney. 

The Role:

The role will entail the production of construction documentation and details, liaison with estimators and site managers, and project coordination.

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
  • Architectural drafting qualifications
  • ArchiCAD is a requirement - must have used this software in a previous role 
  • Experienced working on da/cc for new homes 
  • Understanding of construction phase of projects and delivering on site
  • Ability to work full time in an office as this is a permanent, full-time role
