Job Description

We are working with a residential home builder based in North Sydney. They undertake projects across townhouses, home building, development and high end luxury developments and have a strong reputation across the industry.

Due to a strong pipeline and current project workload they are looking to secure the services of an experienced Architect. This is a newly created role to bring the services in-house. 

Roles and Responsibilities of the Architect will include:
  • Produce high quality designs and documentation
  • Drafting management and coordination 
  • Managing design and development
  • Delivering an innovative and high quality product range
  • Liaison with senior management  
To be considered for the role as Architect / Documenter you will require:
  • Architecture Degree or similar 
  • Proven experienced as a Design / Drafting Manager / Architect working within a residential builder or developer
  • ArchiCAD experience is high regarded 
  • NSW Registered Architect
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills and senior management experience
  • Strong communication skills and client facing experience.
