Job Description

My client is boutique, high performing business based on the Upper North Shore. As a result of continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Strata Assistant or property professional looking to transition into Strata.

As the new Strata Assistant you will be responsible for; 
  • Supporting the Director of the business 
  • Point of contact for all Executive Committees, Owners and Tenants
  • Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
  • Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
  • Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
  • Managing a small portfolio that will be added to as you are ready
To be considered for the position of Strata Assistant you must have the following; 
  • Be capable of working Independently as required
  • Certificate of registration within Strata
  • Prior experience within strata or property management 
  • Positive, friendly attitude with a strong client centric approach
  • Assist the Director and whilst building your own portfolio
  • Be willing to learn and Progress their Career with the Business
  • Professional Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Time Management Skills
  • A genuine desire to manage your own portfolio within 12 months
