Job Description

Our client in a reputable construction company business based in the Sydney CBD. Your role will report into the BID Manager and you will work closely with the wider marketing and project teams.
As a BID Coordinator you will be responsible for:
  • Coordinate the production of tender submissions
  • Assist the Bid Manager and Project delivery teams to create bid content
  • Coordinate workflows with the wider marketing and communications team
  • Complete coordination tasks and tender workbooks for all bid submissions and presentations
  • Maintenance of bid and opportunity records
To be considered for the role of BID Coordinator you must have:
  • Must have recent experience working as a Bid Coordinator ideally in the construction industry
  • Must be willing to fly interstate as required
  • Qualification in either communications, journalism or a marketing related discipline
  • Graphic design and corporate bid writing experience
  • Experienced user of Adobe InDesign and advanced user of Microsoft packages
  • High attention to detail is essential
