Job Description

As a BID Coordinator you will be responsible for:
  • Create, edit and format content using a mixture of existing templates and creating new content
  • Organise and run submissions meetings, manage the end to end process
  • Supporting senior staff with preparation of fee bids and BID documents
  • Assist in developing, capture and management of business development collateral including capability statements, brochures and presentations
To be considered for the role of BID Coordinator you must have:
  • Qualification in either communications, journalism or a marketing related discipline or qualified by experience in a similar role within the built environment
  • Experience in the preparation, coordination and writing of submissions and complex documents
  • Excellent writing, editing and grammar skills and high attention to detail is a must
  • Experienced user of Adobe InDesign
