Job Description

Our client has a strong reputation across fit out and refurbishment projects throughout NSW.

They are well established and boast an exceptional reputation for delivering high quality projects. 

Projects will include commercial, retail, hospitality & more.

In the position of Bid Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating and preparing tender submissions
  • preparing and submitting expressions of Interest and Capability statement documents
  • Maintain currency of the following documentation for EOI and Tenders - certificates, compliance letters, licenses, prequalification materials
  • Production of project files and staff CV's for Tender purposes
The successful candidate will have the following skills & qualifications:
  • Ideally tertiary qualified in an associated field 
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines, well organised and a strong eye for detail
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Independent, innovative and lateral thinking skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Proven ability to exercise initiative and judgement
