Job Description

Bid / Submissions Coordinator:


Opportunity to work with one of Melbourne's top Tier 2 Commercial Builders on projects up to approx $30Mil. You will be working under an experienced and knowledgeable Submissions Manager who will be on hand for all the support you need. 

The contract will run for 4 weeks and you will be working from home. However, this is a tightknit team environment where you will be virtually supported and your help with getting them through the busy run up to Christmas will be much appreciated by all. 


To Be Successful:

- At least 3 years Bids experience
- Experience working for a Commercial Builder on similar sized projects 
- Fantastic collaborative and InDesign skills 
- The ability to hit the ground running in the role 
- Experience managing multiple tenders at once
- Be a team-player with a can-do attitude
