Commercial construction organisation that specialise across a diverse range of projects is currently looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator with a creative flair to join their team. Do you have experience within a similar role ideally within Construction? Reporting into the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Project team, this is an immediate opportunity to play an integral role in winning business for this well regarded builder.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Assistance with Expressions of Interest and Capability documents
- Coordinate tender production
- Maintain currency of the following documentation for EOI and Tenders- Certificates, Compliance Letters, Licenses
- Production of project files and staff CV's for the Tender purposes
- Produce internal communication material including information on project wins
- General upgrading of marketing material
The successful applicant will have Advanced Microsoft Office skills, and experience in Adobe InDesign. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential and you must show initiative with the ability to offer suggestions where appropriate.
