About the Role
Our client is a leading Mechanical Services Contractor with over 15 years of experience. With offices across Australia they offer design, construct, and maintenance solutions across a range of sectors including infrastructure, healthcare, and commercial construction.

They have an urgent need for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join the team. This role will suit someone who is looking for a long-term move into a company where they will become part of a vibrant and supportive team who are all passionate about construction.

  • Coordinate the production of tender submissions
  • Assist the Bid Manager and Project delivery teams to create bid content
  • Coordinate workflows with the wider marketing and communications team
  • Complete coordination tasks and tender workbooks for all bid submissions and presentations
  • Maintenance of bid and opportunity records
  • Assist Estimators / Directors in putting together Tender Presentations using Power Point & InDesign
  • Schedule and chair internal tender meetings to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the process, requirements and timelines.
  • Follow up clients on submissions, ensure feedback from clients is recorded and ensure improvements & suggestions are implemented in future submissions
About You
To be considered for the role of Bid Coordinator, you will also possess;
  • Must have recent experience working as a Bid Coordinator ideally in the construction industry
  • Qualification in either communications, journalism or a marketing related discipline
  • Graphic design and corporate bid writing experience
  • Experienced user of Adobe Suite and / or Canva and advanced user of Microsoft packages
  • High attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Proven ability to exercise initiative and judgement
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of upwards of $90-100k+superannuation.
