Job Description
In the position of Bid Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and preparing tender submissions
- preparing and submitting expressions of Interest and Capability statement documents
- Maintain currency of the following documentation for EOI and Tenders - certificates, compliance letters, licenses, prequalification materials
- Production of project files and staff CV's for Tender purposes
- Ideally tertiary qualified in an associated field
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines, well organised and a strong eye for detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Independent, innovative and lateral thinking skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced Adobe Indesign
- The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Proven ability to exercise initiative and judgement
- A strong interest in upskilling and taking on more tasks as required
