Job Description

Multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy that have 20 years in the building services sector. Seeking a BIM Lead to manage the Revit Team, overseeing the BIM on multiple projects, providing support to the business as the company experience rapid growth.

As the BIM Lead, you will work alongside the discipline leaders and report into the 2 Directors.

Duties will include;

Delivery of drawings and documentation from schematic design to 3D Revit models on all NSW Projects.
Overseeing / managing BIM Team across 3 offices (nationally and overseas).
Lead coordination meetings.
Driving clash detection on all projects nationally.

To be considered for the role, you must have;

Proficient in BIM / Digital Delivery (Revit / Navisworks) 5+ years local experience.
Experienced in clash detection and coordination across all MEP disciplines
Track record of delivering projects across a varied portfolio
Team management exposure
Creating, Implementing and Maintaining BIM and Revit standards and systems
Excellent communication written and verbal, with the ability to present.
Australian resident or permanent resident.
