The Company:

They are currently seeking a Sales Estimating Coordinator to join their team managing both internal staff and external contractors. If you are experienced in estimating and looking to develop your skills in workflow management and training, this could be the role for you! 

The Opportunity:
  
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating accurate and timely sales estimate preparation for Tender, Contract and variation documentation.
  • Workflow management to achieve targets 
  • Managing contractors and providing feedback
  • Liaising with all internal departments as well as external stakeholders
  • Continual improvement of systems and processes 
About You:
  
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • 3+ years residential estimating experience (ideally in sales estimating)
  • Organisation and time management skills to manage deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership ability or potential 
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism 
  • The ability to problem solve with solid construction knowledge
