Job Description

As the Building Manager you will responsible for the following;
  • Make recommendations to the OC with regards to the services necessary to perform adequate maintenance
  • Maintain an exceptional level of customer service across the team
  • Management and procurement of contracts & service providers
  • Schedule and arrange for preventative maintenance services for the properties and assets, maintaining logs and databases
  • Undertaking daily site and quality assurance inspections of common areas, facilities, plant and equipment
  • Attend BC meetings to present BM reports and regular updates
  • Be familiar with all matters to be fulfilled to comply with fire safety approval for the Scheme including Land and Fire Safety Regulations.
To be considered for the position of Building Manager you will require; 
  • Effective communication, people skills and a professional approach in dealing with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking of various contractors across multiple buildings 
  • Immaculate presentation and superior written & verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of building services and general building maintenance
  • Understanding of compliance and WHS obligations relating to contractors, strata and residential buildings 
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
