Job Description

D&B are working with a client who are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to work across a huge Commercial project. You will  be site based in the west and the value of the project is $2.4 BILLION

Roles and Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator will include:

  • Preparation of subcontractor packages and procurement schemes
  • Review negotiate and finalisation of subcontractors
  • Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of contractor claim
  • Administration of RFI’s to clients, architects and consultants
To be considered for the role of Contracts Administrator you will require:
  • Experience working as a CA in commercial construction essential
  • Available immediately
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
