Job Description

Design and Build recruitment are proud to have partnered with Duratec an ASX listed project-based contractor with a national footprint, to assist in the procurement of an experienced Civil Supervisor.

Local Katherine candidates are encouraged to apply. For out of state applicants, a relocation opportunity exists with rent free accommodation, or there is an option to accommodate a DIDO 5:2 roster. Candidates who desire FIFO will be offered a 3:1 roster. 20% uplift (if not located in Katherine). Vehicle or car allowance included along with extensive learning and development opportunities.

The Role
Responsibilities:
  • Onsite coordination of projects ranging from $0.5M to $40M
  • Management of safety and compliance of the workforce
  • Implementation of relevant SWMS, Permits, Isolations and Controls
  • Quality and workmanship assurance in line with management processes
  • Manage and capture workforce hours and productivity
  • Management of stock, procurement, and inventory for construction on site
About You
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in similar role
  • Trade qualifications and experience in the supervision of multi- trade disciplines: including ground pipelines and fuel infrastructure
  • below ground pipelines and fuel infrastructure in particular civil trenching experience
  • Frontline management experience highly desired
  • Cert IV in OHS advantageous
  • Experience with WHS systems
