They are looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to join the team in their modern, industry-leading design studio. 

The role will include meet and greet duties, customer service and admin support. We are ideally looking for someone with a genuine passion for interior design who has been looking for a foot-in-the door with a company. 

The Role: 
  • Meet and greet clients and then assist in engaging them throughout their journey through the studio
  • Provide general information about the company and product and ask appropriate questions to assist the sales staff
  • Deliver a professional reception service, dealing with general phone enquiries and visitors
  • Administrative support as needed 
  • Actively participate in company events, meetings and required training

About You:

  • At least 2 years experience working in a receptionist role - Concierge experienced desirable
  • Have a genuine passion and interest in Interior Design 
  • A higher education qualification related to Interior Design would be favorable
  • Exceptional customer service skills 
  • Be a well-presented professional with a welcoming an helpful demeanor
  • Be an ambitious and driven character
  • A team-player with a collaborative attitude
