About the Role
Our client is a successful residential builder established for over 30 years with a reputation for building bespoke, quality high-end homes.
Partnering directly with the business leaders, this role will see you acting as the Face of the Business and showcasing your love of building design and walking these valued clients through this truly personal journey of constructing their dream homes through;
  • Qualifying warm leads through conversations surrounding realistic budgets, estimations and block feasibility to build
  • Sales aspect through relationship nurturing to ensure conversion through to tender for the right client
  • Managing customer relations and communications in relation to progress and delivery of their quality designs up to build stage
  • Managing both internal and external stakeholder inquiries
  • Assisting with various aspects of the pre-construction of the build such as council liaison, permits & applications
  • Assessing land and build feasibility, referring to architectural plans
About You
For fulfilment of this role you will possess;
  • Experience related to residential building industry (essential)
  • Tertiary qualifications or relative experience within architecture, design or construction (preferred)
  • Experience within a sales or real estate environment (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • The ability to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • A high attention to detail
