We are offering chance for a Commercial Lead / Contracts Manager  to join one of Australia's highest profile renewable energy projects and play a part in its successful delivery 

As the Commercial Lead / Contracts Manager you will join a world class commercial team and be responsible for the management of major subcontractor packages 

These are long term positions, on 14:7 FIFO roster. 

Responsibilities includes:
  • Leadership & mentoring a team of Contracts Administrator
  • Ownership of subcontracts and ensuring successful delivery
  • Management of variations and claims
  • Champion the proactive management of resolving risks 
  • Work with contracts manager on potential upstream claims 
  • Ensure compliance to Security of Payment Act & Building Code 
What can you bring to the role?
  • Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law or Construction Management
  • 10+ years experience in the engineering and construction industry.
  • Experience working for a contractor in site-based roles.
  • Experience in managing subcontractors.
