Job Description

PROJECT MANAGER
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

The Role:
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • The role of the Project Manager is to work with the Site Manager to ultimately deliver the project.
  • Set project timeline
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
  • Award sub-contracts
  • Manage the contract with the client
  • Prepare monthly budgets and forecasts and assist with project coordination
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Preparing scopes of work
Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
About you:
  • Project Management, Contract Administration or Foreman/Supervision background
  • You will be an enthusiastic, high performing and driven professional with experience in residential construction, preferably high end
  • Strong communication skills, detailed client reporting skills
  • Procurement skillset is a must
  • Attention to detail and a passionate about your career
  • Team Player
  • Down to earth
