About the Role
Join this established and well-known residential project homes builder in the capacity of Construction Coordinator. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role will play an integral part in the construction team coordinating through the pre-construction, completion and warranty phases of various projects including;
  • Client engagement and problem-solving
  • Requesting and the assessment and comparison of various suppliers & contractors quotations
  • Processing projects and reports using Onsite Companion software
  • Liaising with various teams and organizing materials and trades
  • Distributing project design & information to contractors
  • Supporting Site Supervisors with appropriate construction phase information & solutions to issues
  • Preparation of handover kits and all completion documents
  • Obtaining Occupation Certificates
  • Scheduling of Gas, Electrical, Water and DBYD connections
  • Help overcome issues which may rise and be actively involved in the problem solving of day to day operations
About You
  • Experience within the residential construction sector in a similar role essential
  • Onsite Companion experience is highly regarded
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office suite and the ability to grasp new systems with ease
  • Strong English skills both written & verbal
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package upwards of $65k+superannuation.
