Job Description

Tier 2-3 civil contractor looking for a Construction Manager with good civils Experience

Our client has several years of experience in a diverse range of civil construction projects - from small-scale, simple civil works to complex commercial construction in Sydney.

They specialise in civil construction, subdivisions, stormwater infrastructure, pavements, and large multi residential projects

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to manage labour and trades on site 
  • Manage and nurture existing relationships
  • Oversee Staff allocations 
  • Manage project budgets and allocate tools and materials to site
  • Communicate and sell the business proposition and execute workflow

Requirements
  • You Must have Civil Construction experience
  • Be an Australian citizen
  • Be able to travel around Sydney
  • Excellent Communication and Team Working Skills
  • Interest in Business Development and the ability to generate new work
  • Management experience
  • Commitment to Safety
