About the Role
Through ensuring all timeframes are adhered to and an efficient pre-construction process occurs within this residential homes builder, you will bring your experience in Pre-Construction Administration or Construction Administration to oversee and coordinate the entire process from initial interest to handover through the below;
  • Step the client through the process, keeping them engaged and problem-solving across finalizing of electrical and kitchen plans, documents and contracts administration, organizing key meetings such as colour selections with appropriate consultants
  • Arranging of permits, approvals, compliance certifications and necessary insurances
  • Processing variations
  • Contractor liaison and coordination
  • Monitor and action shared inbox
  • Client satisfaction surveys
  • Preparation of handover folders
  • Adhoc administration as required as well as assisting management team
About You
  • Experience within the residential construction sector in a similar role is essential
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office suite and the ability to grasp new systems with ease
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • An understanding of how to read relevant construction documentation, such as working drawings, is advantageous
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of up to $80k+superannuation.
