Job Description

Contracts Administrator / Project Manager | $90K - $120K + super | Olympic Park  
This position is to work for a highly regarded builder that completes 2-6 projects a year ranging from $3M - $5M. This position is a great opportunity to come into a thriving business and make it your own. 

Contract Administrator:
  • Involvement in the full life-cycle of multiple projects $1M - $15M
  • Cost analysis, reporting and forecasting direct to Director 
  • Manage sub-contracts & supply agreements
  • Drafting head contracts
  • Liaise with sub-contractors
  • Ordering materials and equipment
  • Assess and process progress claims
  • Support the project manager
The Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Contract Administrator role within residential or commercial 
  • Experience pricing and dealing with everything from BOQ's to Scope of works
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or trade background
  • Excellent managerial and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience dealing with a range of professionals from sub-contractors to architects
  • Highly organised with good time management skills
