Job Description

A privately owned and operated commercial construction company with a rich history in the Victorian market, spanning over 21 years.

With an impressive portfolio of work here in Melbourne over the past decade and positive pipeline of upcoming projects,  they are currently looking for an experienced Contract Administrator & Junior Contract Administrator to join the team.  

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
  • Progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
  • Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
  • Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
  • Administer the project HSE system
To be considered for the position of Contract Administrator you will be required to have the following:
  • Experience working on complex Design and Construct Projects. 
  • Strong and proven track record on Commercial projects. Previous experience working on multi-storey apartment projects ($10 m+), commercial and retail projects will be highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualified in construction related degree
