Job Description

Our client with more than 20 years experience as design and construct builders for in-hour projects are currently looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to work with the Project Manager to help deliver 3 live projects with the total value of $30m.

Our Client
- Design & Construct Company
- Locked in worked for the next 2 years
- Commercial, Industrial & Aged Care sectors
 
Key Responsibilities
- Help deliver 3 Commercial projects valued at : $2m, $12m & $15m
- Work with the PM and to develop a realistic estimate and budgets for all projects.
- Assist and advise the team of early works tender requirements
- Assist in preparing a suitable tender list for each element of the works for the PM
- Assis with Final negotiations and award of contracts.

Competencies required
- Excellent written verbal communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Project  Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and to tight timeframes
- Self motivated, co-operative, Solutions-orientated.
- 5 years experience in Commercial Construction
- Delivered projects $5m +
