Our client is a custom home builder located in Brisbane South who is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team. Due to their exponential growth recently they are looking to secure a new employee who shares their values and can grow with the team.

About the role:
Experience working as a contracts administrator within a residential builder
Experience preparing, interpreting and maintaining contracts
Ability to review and negotiate variations on contracts
Knowledge and understanding of local and federal laws
Analyzing and reducing risk for the organisation and customers
Tracking deadlines and payments

About you:
High attention to detail
Language comprehension and reading skills
Oral and written communication skills
Ability to negotiate with internal and external parties
Ability to work in a team
