Job Description
This Residential Home Builder have been trading for over 24 years and are building around 80 homes currently. Based in Melbourne's East, they have a high focus on their local reputation for customer service and quality. They are flexible with their clients making changes to their standard designs to give them a personalised feel.
With around 30 employees in the business, they are now looking for a Contract Administrator to take the client from sale ready to site. This will be inclusive of colours, obtaining permits and presenting master build contracts.
About You:
- You must have worked in a contract administration role for a builder across pre site and or on site.
- Master build contract experience.
- Experienced in undertaking power applications and permits.
- High level of customer service and presentation.
- On site companion experience favorable.
The opportunity to play a key role in the growth of an already successful builder and manage the client through the build of their new home. You will have the ability to take ownership in the role and be rewarded with a competitive salary.
