Job Description

Our client is one of Australia’s leading residential builders, known for their great customer experience, providing an amazing family home from first home buyers to knockdowns and re-builds.  Our client is focused on delivering awesome customer experiences through the whole building journey and this is where we are now looking for our next experienced Interior design Customer relationship coordinator.
  
We are looking for a full-time Customer Relationship Coordinator to join our talented and dedicated team of colour, electrical interior designers, and builders. This role is responsible for effectively navigating hurdles and objections to enable site start targets to be met while managing a robust process for the effective communication and documentation of correspondence with customers and stakeholders, both internal and external. The Customer Relationship Coordinator is highly organised and strives to be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and exceed customer expectations by providing an exceptional home build experience.

WHO YOU ARE

A passion for Customer Relationships with natural-born people skills. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in that industry with construction knowledge. Along with solid administrative experience with great organisation/communication skills.
