About the Role
Our client is a successful residential builder established for over 30 years with a reputation for building quality homes. Currently building around 200+ homes per year, they have plenty of work in the pipeline for years to come.
Reporting to the General Manager and working within a tight-knit team of 3, this fast-paced role will see you working across;
  • Managing customer relations and communications in relation to progress and delivery of the home building agreement
  • Managing both internal and external stakeholder inquiries including the management of trades & contractors
  • Completion of pre-planning inspection forms
  • Completing building permits and submission
  • Communication with developers and local councils
  • Negotiate and manage any approval application queries
  • Obtain and compare quotations for trades and services
  • Maintain the database and record all progress on applications
  • Supporting Site Supervisors with appropriate construction phase information & solutions to issues
  • Preparation of handover kits and all completion documents
About You
For fulfilment of this role you will possess;
  • Must have experience within the residential building industry (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Tertiary qualifications within a relative field 
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Highly computer literate
  • The ability to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • A high attention to detail
  • The ability to work towards deadlines
