Senior Development Manager

Senior Development Manager needed for 2 large residential / sub division projects. Great opportunity for you to gain exposure to one of Australia’s top development and construction firms.

As the Development Manager you will be responsible for the following:

Ensuring that the project is delivered on time and to budget
Take the projects from DA, though to completion
Manage the cost and program expectations as well as design
Stakeholder and people management, managing relationships with various consultants
Exercise sound business judgement, investigate and analyse development opportunities

To be considered for the position of Senior Development Manager you will require:

Full life cycle experience – from DA to Handover on large residential subdivision projects
A solid understanding the NSW development market and relevant parties
Experience from either Developer, Client side, PM consultancy or D&C contractor are all welcome
Strong problem solving ability, be proactive and show initiative
Management experience for at least the last 3 years
