Job Description

This award-winning construction company has been operating for over 20 years within the Residential and Commercial space.

They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team working on commercial projects over $20m. They are awaiting a number of tender results which could lead to the need for a PM to start in February.
The ideal person will have experience running more than 1 project at a time and good knowledge of design.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
  • Hands-on project management delivery of work 
  • Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
  • High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills 
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
  • Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction 
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:
  • PM with substantial experience (min 5 years)
  • Experience with Head Contractor essential
  • Jobpac or Cheops experience essential
  • Project Management or Civil Engineering degree desirable 
  • Previously worked on Commercial or Residential projects in excess of $20m
