Job Description

Estimating Coordinator / Customer Support | Insurance Builder |   
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers in every interaction, remaining calm, civil and understanding during any tense customer or client interactions
  • Answer incoming calls, listening attentively to fully understand the caller’s enquiry and directing the call to the most appropriate person
  • Monitor the shared inboxes 
  • Accurately create new jobs as they are received
  • Issue trade requests to the most relevant trade when they are required
  • As and when make safes are required during business hours, liaise with the customer, client and trade to ensure the make safe has been actioned and completed. 
  • Review new job requests from all Insurance Companies to identify those that may be eligible for a virtual assessment (VA)
  • Follow up outstanding job requirements on a weekly basis including customer scope returns, trade requests and invoices
  • Monitor the trade portal ensuring all required documentation has been provided by active trade contractors and the documentation is current. 
  • Refer customer complaints to the most relevant team member promptly with all related information to allow them to quickly resolve the matter
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management team including the review of insurer requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position 
  • Good telephone manor and organisational skill 
  • The ability to work unsupervised 
  • Great work ethic & a can do attitude
