They are a privately owned builder who have been operating for over 30 years across the Commercial, Education and Healthcare space. Their projects can range from $10m-$20m. They offer a friendly, supportive and close knit team culture.
Due to continued growth and a full pipeline of work, there is an opportunity for a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator who has experience working within commercial Construction Projects to join their Sydney team.
To be consider for this role, you will have to demonstrate the following:
- A minimum 3-4 years experience in a Contract Administration or Project Coordination
- Experience working on Commercial Construction Projects
- Local Market Experience
- Letting contracts
- Programming and forecasting
- Subcontractor management
- Variations and progress claims
