Job Description

My client are a volume builder renowned for their unique designs and quality workmanship, with builds ranging in value. With a strong reputation in the industry they have a healthy pipeline of site starts ahead. Due to an internal promotion they are seeking an experienced and motivated Estimating Team Leader to manage a team of 4 estimators across sales and production to play a key role in the business. 
  
The Job
  
Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading an experienced Estimating Team with production and sales estimating to achieve budget and workflow. 
  • Maintain, protect and report margins for each job
  • Data analysis for improvement. 
  • Liaising with sales, operations and construction teams
  • Conduct follow-up calls when required
  • Provide reports and workflow documentation as appropriate
About You
  
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • 5+ years’ experience in estimating for a Custom Home Builder
  • A tertiary qualification relevant to the construction industry
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a senior or management role
  • Advanced Databuild skills
