Job Description

Company:

Our client has developed an excellent reputation within commercial fit out and small new build projects. They operate as an integrated design, construction and project management company who have the drive and expertise to continue their success into 2021. They have an opportunity to bring an experienced Estimator to join there NSW team in the re office in the Inner West.

Role:

Due to continued growth across their projects division, an opportunity has become available for an Estimator to join their team. You will be involved in a range of tenders between the values of $250k up to $7m, where you will work across a variety of industries including retail, hospitality and office fit out.

Responsibilities include:

Costing and quantifying projects
Obtaining market coverage for effective and competitive project costing
Mentoring staff to achieve required outcomes
Delivery of results
Developing and managing unit and price rates
Knowledge and ability to learn estimating software

Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

Relevant tertiary qualifications
A minimum of 3 years estimating experience
Experience working in commercial fit out
Excellent communication skills
