Job Description

This company has been in the home building industry for 10 years. They are looking for a new Estimator to join their team as they've had an influx of projects come through. 

They have a friendly and established team based on the south coast.

Your role as the Estimator:
  • Take offs 
  • Setting up jobs in software ready to estimate
  • Creating and maintaining accurate Bills of Quantities
  • Reviewing quotes for scope and price.
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Design, DA and front end set up of the projects
  • Liaise with subbies, clients and consultants on a weekly basis.
  • Cost reportings 
You will need:
  • Degree qualification or Trade and local residential experience 
  • Experience estimating project homes 
  • Experience with residential projects from civil to handover 
  • Ability to work full time in an office
