Job Description
Your role as the Estimator:
- Take offs
- Setting up jobs in software ready to estimate
- Creating and maintaining accurate Bills of Quantities
- Reviewing quotes for scope and price.
- Raising purchase orders
- Design, DA and front end set up of the projects
- Liaise with subbies, clients and consultants on a weekly basis.
- Cost reportings
- Degree qualification or Trade and local residential experience
- Experience estimating custom homes
- Experience with residential projects from civil to handover
- Ability to work full time in an office
