Job Description

Sales and Production Estimator - Excel Software 

An immediate requirement for an experienced Sales/Production Estimator working for a residential new home and granny flat Builder who have been constructing homes for over 7 years in NSW and who are experiencing growth.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Estimating for custom homes, multi-dwelling developments and granny flats 
  • Producing sales and production estimates for tendering purposes 
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotes and competitive pricing
  • Providing assistance to the construction team with daily queries and providing orders to the site managers
  • Producing production budgets and bills of quantities 
  • Prepare contract variations including the need to liaise directly with clients prior to any work taking place on site
Requirements for the role:
  • Tertiary qualification in construction or a trade background 
  • You'll have strong computer skills in Excel software 
  • Experience estimating on projects from start to finish where future projects differ from previous ones
  • Experience liaising with trades and clients during the whole lifecycle of a project
  • Good knowledge of Australian Construction Standards 
Salary is dependent on experience, role is immediately available if required.
