Job Description

Experienced Sales Estimator needed to join this Luxury High-end Builder due to an internal promotion. 

With projects across the High-end Residential, Multi-Residential and Government & Social housing sectors, my client are now looking to find an experienced Estimator to join their High-end Residential team, overseeing custom projects up to $5m. 

Great family culture, tight knit crew with well-oiled structures and programs for you to learn and develop your career. 

What you will need -
  • 5+ years' experience as an Estimator
  • Experience working on High-end custom homes with basements a must
  • Databuild experience looked favourably upon
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and identify issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
