About the Role
Our client has developed an excellent reputation specialising in Construction, working across Major and Minor Renovations, Project Management and Facilities Maintenance Services. They have projects in retirement living, childcare and retail sectors. They provide a professional and supportive work culture and pride themselves on delivering exceptional projects to their clients. 
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Construction Administrator to join the rapidly expanding team in the capacity of Facilities Administrator / Coordinator. This business has almost tripled in the past 2 years, with a pipeline and plan for future progression. Your responsibilities will include;
  • Handle incoming calls / emails and manage outgoing calls / emails as required
  • Respond to queries, amend data and reissue tasks as required
  • Dispatch service requests to vendors
  • Submission of quote requests
  • Follow up on dispatched work orders (WIP)
  • Invoice processing
  • Completing administration tasks that relate to the contract, including assigning sub-contractors to service requirement tasks, general admin etc.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and assigned trades to maintain communications with customers during process of task
  • Work closely with Contract / Facilities Managers to ensure quality of service and reporting processes
  • Carry out monitoring of system data to ensure that Helpdesk work orders have been accurately created, assigned, prioritised and categorised
About You
For success within this role, my client is looking for;
  • At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role - either facilities administration of facilities coordination PREFERRED, however experience in a construction administration / support role will aid your application also
  • You should have a great attitude and be driven to progress your career
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities at once, working autonomously but as a team at a fast-pace
  • Experience using AROFLO is a plus
  • Strong computer skills & attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service skills
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of up to $65k+superannuation.
