About the Role
As the Finance Assistant for this busy Residential Construction business, you will work within a tight night team of 4 reporting directly to the Finance Manager and upwards to the CFO.  

Your responsibilities as a Finance Assistant will see you acting as a true all-rounder within the busy accounts function. Your role will include but not be limited to:
  • Assisting the accounts receivable & payable
  • Processing & reconciling credit & fuel cards 
  • Insurance management & claims
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Assistance with the P&L
  • Database management
  • Excel reporting
  • Debtor management
  • Invoicing

About You
To be considered for the position of Finance Manager you will have:
  • Minimum 3 years experience working within an accounts supporting role in a large business
  • Tertiary qualifications  in finance or other related discipline (BA / TAFE accepted)  
  • Proven experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • MYOB Proficient
