About the Role
Our client is an established, volume-residential builder located in Western Sydney with a reputation for building quality & homes. Currently building around 300+ homes per year, they have plenty of work in the pipeline for years to come.

As the Finance Manager for this busy Residential Homes business, you will report directly into the company Director & wider management team and manage a small team of finance administrators. You will also have the opportunity to be an integral part of the executive team and provide financial insights to key stakeholders.
  
Your responsibilities as a Finance Manager will include but not be limited to:
  • Report and maintenance of: Cashflow, WIP spreadsheet, Business Summary, P&L, Balance sheet, End of project review, business performance - budget vs actual etc.
  • Business forecasting and budgeting
  • Liaise with external accounts, solicitors, auditors and insurance providers
  • Annual review and maintenance of business contracts
  • Home owners warranty insurance reporting
About You
To be considered for the position of Finance Manager you will have:
  • Substantial experience within a Senior Finance or Finance Manager  position
  • MUST have experience working in a construction business, with residential preferred
  • Tertiary qualifications
  • CPA Qualification preferred 
  • Proven experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • DATABUILD Proficient
