Design & Build are working with a Tier 3 contractor who is now looking to fill an urgent requirement in their team with the addition of a Foreman overseeing a portfolio of fit-out and refurbishment projects close to the CBD.

The company has been around for a number of years and has a fantastic reputation in the Apartments & Heritage space, with a plethora of repeat client work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a great project over the next 12 months and will offer job security during a difficult period. 


Role

You will be working Monday to Friday and average around 45 hours per week and the salary for the role is in the region of $45 per hour + super. This opportunity would suit someone who wants a fantastic work-life balance without the long hours and weekend work!


To be eligible for this role you will need the following;
  • 3 + years Foreman experience
  • DHS project experience will be highly regarded
  • Be comfortable to manage a portfolio of work in excess of $1m
  • Construction-related tertiary qualification / Trade experience
  • Strong communication
  • The ability to lead a team, communicating effectively with people at every stage of the project
