Job Description

Our Client specializes in high end projects and need a contractor to join the team on a 12 week fit out and refurbishment project in the heart of the CBD.

You will be directly responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including
  • Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
  • Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
  • Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
  • Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
Requirements to be considered for the role:
  • A minimum of 1 years Site Management experience in fit out and Refurbishments
  • Drive and focus for career progression
  • Broad knowledge of OH&S
  • Great management skills which will enable the team of sub-contractors to have the drive and motivation to meet deadlines
