Job Description

A well-regarded construction organisation based in Melbourne's city fringe is currently looking for an HR Administrator to join their team. Working closely with the HR Manager and HR Advisor's you will play an integral role in the HR generalist position. 

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;

• Administration of employment contracts and letters
• Liaise with Hiring Managers
• Collection and dissemination of employment applications
• Scheduling interviews
• Reference checking
• Communicate with potential applicants
• Maintain personnel files
• Internal stakeholder management

You must have strong communication skills coupled with advanced Microsoft Office skills and a Residential Construction industry background. A tertiary qualification in HR is ideal. Your time management and organisational skills will be second to none.
