Job Description

A well regarded commercial and residential builder/developer are currently looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Director, the overall purpose of the role will be to provide HR across the business, supporting both management & employees.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Implement HR Programs, Policies & Procedures
Ensure all corporate guidelines & compliance are adhered to
Provide guidance on remuneration and benefits
Manage all contracts
Site Inductions
Maintain personnel records
Performance reviews
Manage terminations and exit interviews
Manage end to end recruitment process

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in a Senior HR role, with relevant tertiary qualifications to support their experience. We are looking for someone with exceptional stakeholder management experience and proven problem solving and analytical skills.
