Job Description

HSE Advisor required for a leading Tier 2 commercial builder working on an iconic project in the CBD. This is a 6 month fixed term contract with an Immediate start on offer;

Roles and Responsibilities will include:
  • Pre-starts, site safety walks & inspections
  • Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
  • Ensure legislation is adhered to
  • Investigate and report on any incidents
  • Provide training to team members
  • Conduct reviews and risk analysis
  • Manage and develop relationships with employees and subcontractors
To be considered for the role,  you will require:
  • Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
  • 2+ years' experience in a Health & Safety role working for a head contractor
  • Experience working on commercial construction projects $20M+
  • Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage deadline
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent communication & problem solving skills
