Job Description
Due to organic growth and being awarded a number of new contracts, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team
Responsibilities include;
- Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work
- Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
- High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
- Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction
- Minimum 3 years' local experience as a Project Manager
- Tertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management or Engineering
- Experience delivering new build projects $10M+ is essential
- Previous experience working for a head contractor
- Strong contracts experience (including systems such as CHEOPS or Jobpac)
