Job Description

Our client is becoming one of Australia's leading fit-out and refurbishment companies with a large pipeline of work within the commercial, retail, hospitality and residential space with projects ranging up to $10M.

This role is a roaming role, managing current and upcoming projects in the Sydney Metropolitan area. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a reputable and trusted company.

Roles and Responsibilities will include:

Pre-starts, site safety walks & inspections
Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
Ensure legislation is adhered to
Investigate and report on any incidents
Provide training to team members
Conduct reviews and risk analysis
Manage and develop relationships with employees and subcontractors

***MUST have experience working in Commercial/Residential Construction to be considered for this position***

The ideal candidate will hold the following:

Minimum Cert IV in WHS
Experience working on projects $10M+ is advantageous
Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
Well organized with a high attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage deadlines
Time management skills
Excellent communication & problem solving skills
