About the Role
Australian based Design and Construct firm who specialises in workspaces & commercial projects are seeking a Senior Interior Designer who is looking for long term growth and development within their team. Within this role you will;
  • Running projects from initial concept through to completion
  • Coordinate Design & Documentation
  • Run small to large projects independently and lead the team
  • Efficiently and consistently working under pressure & tight time-frames
  • Presenting, pitching & liaising with clients including 3D renderings, coloured floorplans and finishes boards
  • Complete FF&E schedules
  • Submit full CAD documentation
  • Concept & preliminary design
About You
You will be a confident and approachable personality with a thorough understanding of the D&C process. You will also possess;
  • Minimum of 4 years experience
  • Degree qualified in Interior Design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
  • Must have proven D&C workplace fit out experience coupled with the ability to lead a team
  • Demonstrated understanding of the design, detailing & construction process
  • Knowledge of Building Code of Australia & other industry regulations
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of upwards of $90k+superannuation.
